Remote HR Generalist

Position Overview The HR Generalist serves as the operational backbone of the US HR function at 10Pearls. This hands-on role ensures the accurate and consistent delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle while maintaining compliance and fostering a high-trust employee experience. You will manage day-to-day HR execution for our distributed US workforce, serving as a reliable point of contact and ensuring processes run smoothly and effectively.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a dynamic environment and values clear processes, empathetic employee support, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities HR Operations tech industry experience is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion. Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, UKG, or similar). Preferred Attributes Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to navigate ambiguity.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. High degree of empathy and professionalism in handling confidential matters. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is preferred.
