Role: HR Specialist Reports to: HR Director FLSA: Non-Exempt Location: Remote – Northwest Suburbs/Chicagoland Area - Illinois Why this role is important at Genesee Scientific? The HR Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function, ensuring accuracy, organization, and positive employee experience. This role provides administrative support across HR processes, including payroll, employee data, reporting, recruiting coordination, onboarding, and general HR operations .
