Developing the skills of its team members is one of the company's highest priorities, as HRx operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that emphasizes continuous growth and excellence. __________________________________________________________________________________ An Overview of the Role: The Human Resources Generalist I supports assigned client members, may provide consultative support, must demonstrate end-to-end human resources support, and leads the production, review, and execution of HR projects and programs, including producing and reviewing work. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering compliant and business-aligned HR solutions across employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, training and development, and the employee life cycle. The HR Generalist also supports a portfolio of work, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear communication, and measurable outcomes.
Compensation: $65,100-$73,600; exempt Hours: Full-time; 40 hours per week. __________________________________________________________________________________ Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: Human Resources Consulting (40- 50%) Assess and respond to employee relations issues and task work, including employee misconduct concerns and compliance research; ensure appropriate documentation, policy review and creation, process integrity, and alignment with compliance requirements. Creating, reviewing, and/or administering support related to compensation and benefits, policy creation, employee development, training, and performance management. Partner with leadership to support the employee life cycle (from job descriptions, handbooks, onboarding, engagement, management practices, compensation, and offboarding).
Advise and educate leaders on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to drive compliance and business results. Supports, creates, and reviews project work and documentation; drafts materials; supports delivery; and executes complex projects. Client Member communicate changes and mitigation plans.
Provide regular status updates and internal communication to HRx team members and leadership as appropriate. Assign and coordinate HRx team members to tasks and projects to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Direct (or support) research, design, development, and implementation of HR products and solutions related to compensation, compliance, and member-specific programming.
Produces and reviews member tasks; supports agenda-setting and meeting preparation; tracks deliverables; attends required member meetings; supports internal review. Assist with other duties as assigned. __________________________________________________________________________________ Required Education, Experience, and Skills Needed: Bachelor's degree required or a combination of education and experience. PHR/SHRM-CP and/or SPHR/SHRM-CP certification required within the first year. 3+ years of HR experience or equivalent demonstrated capability in Human Resources.
Basic experience collaborating with vendors and implementing or supporting HR technology tools (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits Administration, ATS). Intermediate organizational skills, attention to detail, quality control, delegation (as applicable), and process management. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong typing/keyboarding and general office technology proficiency.
