Account Executive ? Sales Manager About the Role UnityBPO is growing and we’re looking for a driven sales professional to build our top-of-funnel pipeline.
You’ll work directly with leadership to identify, engage, and qualify new prospects — then hand them off to our Account Executives to close. This is a high-visibility role with a direct path to AE and Sales Manager positions. What You’ll Do • Make outbound calls, send targeted emails, and engage prospects through social selling and marketing follow-ups. • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects — from cold contact through to a booked introductory meeting. • Own your KPIs and pipeline metrics — we want someone who thrives on hitting targets and holds themselves accountable. • Qualify leads and seamlessly hand off booked meetings to Account Executives for closing. • Work directly with leadership to develop and refine outbound strategies.
Requirements What We’re Looking For • 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development. • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Yesware, or similar platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication — equally effective with a receptionist or a C-suite executive. • Self-directed and organized — you operate with minimal oversight and leave no task unfinished. • A positive, hunter mindset with strong networking skills. • Bonus: Prior experience in lead generation for professional services, IT managed services, or healthcare technology.
