Learn more at www.foodsmart.com About the role: We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Instructional Designer/ Learning it’s about taking complex clinical and product training and turning it into fun, gamified, and competency-based learning experiences. You will be the architect of our RD onboarding and ongoing education, ensuring every training module drives data-driven metrics toward our company OKRs. This is a mostly asynchronous role, perfect for a self-starter who enjoys deep work but can collaborate effectively during 2–3 hours of weekly meetings.

This is a 30-hour remote position, not available in WA, NY or CA. You will: Design you care if it works. You use data to see where RDs might be struggling and adjust accordingly.
