My Senior Health Plan, a leader in the Medicare B2C space for nearly 20 years, is looking for a motivated and energetic Licensed Medicare Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in sales, business development, customer service, are licensed in life and health insurance, and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, we want to hear from you! Job Summary: As a Licensed Medicare Sales Representative, you'll assist clients in evaluating and enrolling in the best Medicare plans to meet their needs.
Y ou’ll manage outbound and inbound calls, educate clients about Medicare, and convert leads into sales. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a sales pipeline, building long-term relationships, and exceeding performance goals. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare plans.
Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate on Medicare eligibility and options. Prospect new (warm) leads, handle inbound/outbound calls, and drive sales. Maintain a strong client pipeline and ensure high-quality follow-up.
Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics. Use CRM tools for managing client information and tracking progress. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations.
