Remote Mid-Level UX Specialist (Latvia preferred, also select locations in Europe)

We're seeking a talented mid-level UX Specialist to join our team in creating exceptional user experiences for our business software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to enhance our product's usability and user satisfaction. Lead user research initiatives including user interviews, usability testing, and behavior analysis Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand business requirements Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across our platform Conduct heuristic evaluations and accessibility audits Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback At least 2 years of UX design experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS products Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through user-centered design Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable insights Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles Excellent communication skills in English We are ideally looking for a candidate based in Riga, Latvia, our main developer hub.
