Concierge Home Care is hiring a Remote Orders Processor / Revenue Cycle Coordinator to support our growing home health operations across Florida. Location Requirement:Fully remote position Must reside within 30 miles of a Concierge Home Care branch in Florida
Your Impact in This RoleAs a Revenue Cycle Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring timely physician order processing and compliance—helping clinicians deliver uninterrupted patient care.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and track physician orders in compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines Monitor outgoing and incoming orders to ensure timely signatures Follow up with physicians and offices on outstanding or delinquent orders Support operational teams in meeting end-of-episode deadlines Maintain accurate records in the WellSky/Kinnser Orders Manager system Communicate effectively with Clinical Managers, Directors, and internal teams Participate in daily review meetings to track outstanding documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with physician offices Support compliance initiatives and perform additional administrative tasks as needed

QualificationsSome college required Must reside in Florida Home health experience preferred (not required) Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
