The Role: As a Product Manager, you independently own execution and continuous improvement within a defined product domain. You apply professional judgment to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities, delivering high-quality enhancements and workflow improvements. You are a fully qualified product professional who works independently within your scope, solves diverse and sometimes ambiguous problems, and adapts existing approaches to meet evolving product and customer needs.
This role requiresan understanding of clinical and provider workflows within electronic health record (eHR)environments and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable product solutionsWhile broader product strategy is set by Principal PMs/Product Directors, you exercise discretion and independent decision-making in managing your domain and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Execution or equivalent experience . Familiarity with provider workflows, healthcare operations, and/or electronic healthrecord (eHR) systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate diverse inputs and exercise sound judgment.
Experience making prioritization decisions and tradeoff recommendations within a structured product environment. Ability to adapt existing approaches to resolve ambiguous or non-routine product challenges. Clear and persuasive communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
Working knowledge of APIs and/or technical products; ability to navigate technical discussions with engineering partners. Professional maturity to operate independently, with work reviewed at key milestones rather than continuously directed. Benefits
