Job Overview Bigge Crane bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience within the crane, construction, heavy equipment, or industrial services industries. Existing relationships and/or sales experience within the Gulf Coast region strongly preferred.
Proven ability to develop new business, close sales opportunities, and maintain key customer accounts. Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand technical project requirements and communicate operational solutions effectively.
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. Ability to travel throughout the Gulf Region as needed. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
