Job Description Summary As a Strategic Digital Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships within Fusable’s highestâvalue, most complex accounts. In this quotaâcarrying role, you will partner closely with senior client stakeholders to drive long-term success, multi-channel digital strategy, and measurable business outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring our digital solutions deliver strong ROI while uncovering new opportunities for deeper partnership and revenue expansion.
Strategic accounts require a higher degree of sophistication, coordination, and consultative problem-solving, and you will serve as the orchestrator across internal teams, including paid media, creative, data, and product, to deliver a unified client experience. Your success will be measured by quota achievement, account growth, executive engagement, and your ability to align our capabilities with client priorities at a strategic level. What You Will Do Strategic Client Leadership Serve as the senior-facing point of contact for top-tier, high-value client accounts, managing relationships across multiple stakeholders, business units, and decision-makers.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s organization, long-term strategy, market pressures, and digital transformation initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships at the executive and director levels, facilitating strategic conversations focused on growth, innovation, and value. Drive account plans that map goals, KPIs, risks, expansion opportunities, and multi-quarter roadmaps.
Strategy drive upsells and cross-sells based on client needs and strategic direction. Partner with Sales leaders on scope development, pricing strategy, and enterprise proposals. Maintain accurate forecasting and contribute to quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive reporting.
Operational Excellence identify trends, risks, and strategic opportunities. Ensure teams deliver flawlessly against client expectations, acting as the internal advocate for your accounts. Lead executive-level reporting, QBRs, and strategic reviews that highlight performance, insights, and next steps.
Align internal delivery teams on priorities and roadmaps to ensure cohesive execution. Industry Expertise
