The Opportunity We’re opening a Technical Sales Representative role designed for a hungry, coachable go-getter ready to make their mark in a specialized niche. This is a full-cycle sales role — you will hunt, qualify, build relationships, and close contracts. Once a contract is signed, our internal delivery team takes over to place the right people on the engagement.
Your job is to win the business and keep the relationship strong. This is a pure commission role. No base salary. No cap.
What you build is yours. Compensation Commission : Uncapped — based on booked revenue you generate. The more you build, the more you earn.
Top performers in our industry earn six-figure incomes. Structure : 100 % commission. This role is designed for a self-starter who wants ownership of their income trajectory.
What You’ll Do As a Technical Sales Rep at GMP Pros, you own the full sales cycle — from first outreach all the way to a signed contract. You are primarily a hunter, but you don’t hand off at qualification . You carry deals to close.
Once a contract is executed , our internal delivery team steps in to identify and place the right resources for the engagement. Your role is to keep winning new business and maintaining the client relationship . Occasional travel to client sites and industry events is expected based on the needs of the business. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally as may be at events or client sites.
