Apply today and embark on a rewarding career with us!*Note: Internally called Engineer in Training I***What You Will Do:*** Support performance analytics, testing, and uprate validation for wind/solar assets.* Advance data platforms to deliver fast, accurate performance and resource insights.* Partner with industry stakeholders and internal teams to improve equipment performance.* Coordinate cross-functional efforts and support consultants on performance programs.* Plan and validate performance improvements through project management support.* Standardize and automate reporting, documentation, and analytics processes.**Who You Are:*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.* 0-2 years of previous related experience.* Passionate for renewables and a strong willingness to learn.* Solid foundation in math, statistics, and data science.* Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Proficient in programming (Python/MATLAB preferred).* Self-motivated with strong project management and organizational skills.**Working Conditions:*** Office environment.* Minimal travel (
