Renewal Specialist

Mentor Match is an online tutoring platform serving students across IGCSE, British, American, IB, and CBSE curricula. We're looking for a Renewals Specialist to own our renewals revenue and keep our families learning with us.

What You'll Do

• Own and deliver monthly renewals revenue targets
• Reach out to parents ahead of package expiries and drive renewals and upgrades
• Use student progress data to demonstrate value in parent conversations
• Flag at-risk students early and work with internal teams to retain them
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and revenue forecasts

What We're Looking For

• Available to join immediately
• 1–3 years in renewals, retention, or inside sales (EdTech a plus)
• Proven record of hitting revenue targets
• Excellent English communication; empathetic yet persuasive
• Reliable home-office setup for a fully remote role

Compensation

₹40,000/month fixed + performance incentives tied to renewal revenue.
