Job Overview
Real Estate Services (RES) within Enterprise Services & Public Affairs (ESPA) provides real estate support services to all Citigroup businesses ensuring that our solutions are cost-effective, safe, productive and valued by our customers and employees.
The Business Execution Analyst supports the international business execution team in accomplishing results. The team drives the overall administrative activities of the business. The Analyst coordinates activities such as tracking business financials, employee headcount, and other administrative needs. The Analyst manages ad‑hoc projects as required.
Responsibilities
- Work with local and regional business office teams to ensure all requests are addressed and delivered with high quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Assist business office team in financial deliverables including multi‑year forecasts, outlook processes, month‑end variances, and coordination of third‑party plans and client allocations.
- Support the team in preparing dashboards and metrics related to portfolio, client experience, financials, risk & control.
- Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow‑up on items for business committees and/or regular business meetings.
- Seek out sources, track, consolidate and analyze ad‑hoc and regular business requests.
- Support the team in preparing regional communications, events and town halls.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and Citi policy, and escalating control issues with transparency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, business strategy, written and verbal communication skills.
- Project and process management skills.
- Self‑starter who can work successfully in a team environment and drive results.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Self‑motivated and detail oriented.
- Outstanding relationship building and management skills.
- Willingness to ask questions, challenge processes and seek out answers.
- Ability to work independently, multi‑task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
- Bachelor’s/University degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
