Residential Life Educator

Milton Hershey School seeks a dedicated Residential Life Educator to live and work in a close-knit PreK–12 community. In this on-campus role, you will create a safe, nurturing home environment, support students’ academic progress, and teach essential life skills. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, leading social-emotional learning activities, coordinating enrichment programs, and collaborating with teachers and houseparents to promote student growth.

Ideal candidates have experience working with youth, strong communication skills, cultural competency, and a passion for positively impacting students’ lives.
