We're an upscale, high-volume restaurant looking for a Restaurant Manager who feeds off a packed dining room and knows how to turn a chaotic Friday night into a night guests still talk about. You'll be joining a growing multi-concept restaurant group with locations across LA and Orange County, so there's real infrastructure behind you and real room to grow.

• Leading, coaching, and hyping up a front-of-house team in a polished, high-volume setting
• Creating a warm, guest-first vibe and building real relationships with your regulars
• Running the daily show: floor ops, staffing, scheduling, and service execution
• Owning the numbers — P&L, budgeting, labor management, and cost control
• Teaming up with leadership to raise the bar, tighten up systems, and keep everyone motivated when it gets slammed

• Management chops from an upscale, polished, or high-volume restaurant
• A genuine love for hospitality and connecting with guests
• A track record of training and developing a team that actually wants to follow you
• Comfort with P&L, budgeting, labor, and cost controls
• A hands-on, high-energy leadership style — you're on the floor, not hiding in the office
• Bonus points for corporate restaurant systems or structured restaurant group experience (not required, but a plus)
