Restructuring Associate (2–5 PQE) | London | £200k – £320k+ The best restructuring roles in London aren’t widely advertised — they’re filled selectively. We’re working on a hire for a top US firm’s London restructuring team. Lean, highly selective, and consistently involved in some of the most complex mandates in the market.

The team is actively reviewing profiles and moving quickly for the right individual. This is the kind of team where: You’re in the room with partners , not just feeding into them You take real ownership early You work across creditor, sponsor and company-side situations You’re exposed to cross-border, high-stakes scenarios , not rinse-and-repeat work Development / progression This is a genuinely strong environment for long-term progression. Comp Base salary sits at the top of the London market (£200k – £320k+) , with a highly competitive bonus structure. The profile England & Wales qualified/UK Experienced 2–5 PQE Strong restructuring / insolvency / special situations experience Comfortable with financing structures and taking ownership of workstreams Particularly well-suited to associates coming from top-tier US, Magic Circle or leading international practices.
