Revenue Accounting Manager (Hiring Immediately)

Spectrum Search has partnered with an extremely successful company looking to add a Revenue Accounting Manager.

This is a high-impact role with exposure well beyond Accounting — not a heads-down close-only position.

Responsibilities

Own revenue accounting operations and ASC 606 compliance

Lead and develop a small, high-performing revenue team

Build, improve, and automate revenue models and workflows

Work with large, complex data sets to reconcile and validate revenue

Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Sales

Support quarterly filings and audits

Interface with external stakeholders on revenue performance and questions

Required

5–8+ years of revenue accounting experience – CPA preferred

Strong command of ASC 606 and GAAP in a public company environment

Comfort working with big data and modern data tools

Experience with SQL-based environments (Alteryx a strong plus)

A self-starter mindset with a drive to improve and scale processes

Strong communication skills and the ability to work across the business
