Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.## About the RoleAs a Revenue Collections Officer, you will execute revenue collection processes in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. You will conduct research to identify and prioritise accounts that support organisational growth and strategic objectives.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to streamline revenue collection processes, perform detailed financial analyses to evaluate revenue collection strategies, assess risks associated with outstanding accounts, and drive continuous improvement in collection practices.Responsibilities include:* Implements revenue collection processes in accordance with established guidelines and procedures, contributes to developing and refining collection strategies and models.* Conducts research to identify and prioritise accounts and sources for revenue collection that align with organisational growth and strategic objectives.* Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to streamline collection processes, enhance communication, and resolve issues effectively, ensuring optimal revenue recovery.* Ensures thorough due diligence in account evaluations, including financial, operational, and strategic aspects relevant to successful collections.## About YouTo be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:* Diploma preferred; Finance, Accounting, Business Administration is preferred.
