UMass Memorial Health, the premier health and wellness partner of Central Massachusetts and the largest healthcare system in the region, is actively seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Clinical Rheumatologist to join the Division of Rheumatology and UMass Memorial Medical Group. This full-time clinical faculty position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal diseases within a multidisciplinary and patient-centered environment.

Comprehensive Outpatient Care: Provide rheumatology services across multiple practice sites, including Worcester, Leominster, Uxbridge, and Marlborough, MA.
Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside dedicated specialists and support staff in a newly renovated and expanded Rheumatology Center. Participate in weekly divisional meetings focused on clinical discussions, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.
Interdisciplinary Support: Collaborate closely with specialty pharmacy and clinical support teams to optimize individualized patient treatment plans.
Academic and Teaching Opportunities: Engage with trainees and students, contributing to the academic mission of UMass Chan Medical School.

Qualifications:
Board-eligible or board-certified in Rheumatology
MD or DO degree with eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
Strong communication skills and interest in teaching and clinical collaboration
