Why This Role Is Different
This isn't traditional risk management.
You'll move beyond static risk registers and retrospective reporting to help clients predict, model, and manage uncertainty in real time.
You'll work with:

What You'll Do
- Help clients identify, understand, and manage risks before they become issues.
- Facilitate engaging risk workshops across major projects and programmes
- Build risk intelligence by connecting schedule, cost, commercial, and delivery data
- Monitor emerging risks, track mitigation effectiveness, and provide proactive insights
- Leverage digital platforms and automation to improve visibility and decision-making
Turn Data Into Better Decisions
- Use advanced risk modelling and analytics to influence critical project outcomes.
- Deliver Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA/QSRA) and confidence assessments
- Support contingency planning and investment decisions
- Identify key risk drivers through predictive modelling and scenario analysis
- Present executive-ready insights that help leaders make informed decisions
- Lead complex modelling exercises and strategic options analysis
- Coach teams and clients on best practice risk methodologies
- Help organisations create trusted, scalable risk frameworks across major programmes.
- Lead risk reviews and portfolio governance forums
- Deliver compelling reporting for senior executives and programme boards
- Ensure alignment between risks, schedules, costs, and commercial baselines
- Support stronger decision-making through integrated data and analytics
- Define portfolio-wide risk standards and reporting frameworks
- Drive consistency and governance across complex programmes
Become a Trusted Advisor
- Work alongside project directors, planners, engineers, commercial teams, and client leadership to embed risk thinking into everyday decisions.
- Influence stakeholders across large-scale programmes
- Transform risk insights into actionable business outcomes
- Build lasting client relationships and strengthen project confidence
- Mentor consultants and contribute to developing future risk leaders
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing risk on major infrastructure, construction, engineering, or capital projects Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk techniques
- Experience facilitating risk workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Ability to translate complex uncertainty into clear business insights
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-project environments
Manager-Level Experience
- Leading risk programmes and QRA/QSRA deliver
- Advising senior stakeholders and executive teams
- Establishing risk management frameworks and governance models
- Coaching teams and driving capability development
- Shaping portfolio-level risk strategy and performance
