Position Details: RN Supervisor - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Location: Mercy Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128 Status: Full Time, EveningsOverview:Assists in the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the operations and patient care of designated areas. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.QualificationsEducation:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)Licensure:Must hold and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure as applicableResponsible for meeting all State Board of Nursing requirementsExperience:2 years of patient care experience requiredSupervisor experience preferredCertifications:Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire)Physical Requirements:Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs regularlyProlonged standing and walking throughout the shiftAbility to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed Why Mercy?
