RN, Wound & Admission - BSP

Saint Luke's Bishop Spencer Place has a fantastic opportunity for a Wound Care/Admission RN to work in our 57-bed skilled nursing center. Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Missouri.

Wound Care certification is preferred, but not required. Willing to help obtain wound certification for this position. Schedule: 10a-7p or 11a-8p | Monday - Friday No Weekends The Work: Our Wound Care/Admission RN works under the direction of the nurse management team and is responsible for assessing wounds and skin alterations, developing care plans, implementing orders and treatments, and evaluating progress the of applied interventions.

Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Evaluating new and continuing residents for wounds and skin alterations Responsible for wound treatments, coordinating with Wound Clinic as needed, ensuring needed wound supplies are here etc Admissions responsible for supporting the input/completion of new admission orders
