Educational Qualification:

\n
• Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
\n

Experience:

\n
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction supervision and/or Quality Control
\n
• Proven experience in urban road infrastructure works, including pavements and associated appurtenances
\n

Roles & Responsibilities:

\n
• Provide technical expertise for construction supervision and quality control of urban road works
\n
• Review and ensure compliance of drawings, designs, and technical specifications with approved standards
\n
• Supervise construction activities related to roads, pavements, and associated structures to ensure quality and workmanship
\n
• Monitor and implement QA/QC procedures for road works including subgrade, sub-base, base, and wearing courses
\n
• Review contractor's work programs, method statements, and quality assurance plans for road construction
\n
• Conduct inspections, field tests, and material approvals as per specifications
\n
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during construction
\n
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for effective execution of works
\n
• Verify measurements, certify quantities, and assist in preparation of interim payment certificates
\n
• Prepare technical inputs for progress reports and completion documentation
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety, traffic management, and environmental requirements at site
\n

Key Skills & Competencies:

\n
• Strong knowledge of urban road design and construction practices
\n
• Experience with asphalt and/or concrete pavement works
\n
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and specifications
\n
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
