Rotary Dryer Operator

Rotary Dryer Operator / Foreman Arepet Industries is seeking a reliable and safety-driven Rotary Dryer Operator / Foreman to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the rotary dryer system at our MSHA-regulated facility in Von Ormy, TX. This role combines hands-on equipment operation with front-line leadership responsibilities, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining strict adherence to mine safety regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience in industrial or mining environments, and the ability to lead a crew while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor the rotary dryer system to maintain optimal drying performance and production output. Monitor feed rates, burner operation, temperatures, airflow, and material moisture to ensure product quality and efficiency. Coordinate with plant operators, load-out personnel, and maintenance teams to maintain smooth plant operations.

Troubleshoot operational issues and make adjustments to maintain production targets. Supervision with the heart of the operation based in San Antonio, TX and headquarters in McAllen, Texas. Arepet Industries, LLC is a leader in Frac Sand production servicing the oil and gas industry in the Eagle Ford shale.
