RV Sales Associate

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV's, have fun and make money! This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions).

Successful team members can earn $50,000 to $150,000 or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonus available to those who qualify! What You'll Do: * Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs * Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations * Close sales effectively by working closely with F Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++ The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000.

In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned. In all other states, you will receive minimum compensation equal to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, if higher, which offsets variable compensation earned.
