We’re growing rapidly and are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help scale our revenue.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Account Executive (AE) to drive revenue growth for TwoMinuteReports. This is a hybrid role based in Chennai.
You will own the sales cycle end-to-end, working closely with SDRs, marketing, and product teams to convert qualified leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Convert SDR-qualified opportunities into revenue and manage a predictable pipeline
- Conduct structured discovery with marketing leaders (Performance, Growth, Demand Gen, RevOps) to identify reporting and analytics pain points
- Deliver tailored product demos aligned with each prospect’s data sources, KPIs, and workflows
- Build strong ROI-driven value propositions (time savings, faster decisions, reduced errors, improved reporting)
- Close deals involving multiple stakeholders across marketing, operations, and leadership teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce): deal stages, notes, next steps, and forecasting
- Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities
- Share market insights to improve product positioning, pricing, and roadmap
Required Qualifications
- 2–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong skills in product demos, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
- Experience selling to marketing teams or agencies
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals across Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to agencies or enterprise clients with longer sales cycles
- Familiarity with tools like GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Looker Studio, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.
- Experience working with SDRs on outbound strategies and account planning
- Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling approaches
