Key Responsibilities Greet shop customers and answer phone Gather customer and equipment information Assist customers with equipment and part selection Receive, stock, and pull parts Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment for customers Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment Equipment may include lawn mowers, snow blowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and similar small engine machinery.
