Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be devoted to exceeding customer expectations in areas of customer service and hospitality. They will demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships. Experience in interior design and/or selling furniture is preferred, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality and a positive attitude.

All Sales/Design Consultants are trained to use our 3‑D design software to help customers design their customized furniture and plan the layout of their homes. Weekend work is required. Qualifications College degree (BA in Design is a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Must be able to work on weekends. Enthusiasm and desire to learn. Passion for people and retail.

Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in selecting home furnishings. Provide the highest level of customer service. Build quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business.

Ensure successful delivery of merchandise by following up with customers and the BoConcept Distribution Center. Help customers make selections by building customer confidence. Become an expert in our products, tools, and concepts kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
