With a strong legacy in turnkey solutions, we specialize in designing, manufacturing, and installing complex utility systems.We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to support business growth in the Solar segment by generating inquiries, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue expansion in mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:Drive High-Quality Inquiry Generation and build a strong pipeline across Solar (PV Cell Manufacturing) and Semiconductor (OSAT & Fab Chips) segmentsProactively Identify, Pursue, and Convert New Business Opportunities in fast-growing, technology-driven marketsBuild Powerful, long-term relationships with EPCs, manufacturers, fabs, OSAT players, and key decision-makersOwn the Complete sales journey - from first connect to proposal, negotiation, and successful deal closureCollaborate with Design, Projects, and Technical Teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to clientsCreate, present, and follow up on Impactful Techno-Commercial Proposals that win businessMaintain a High-Energy Sales Pipeline, ensuring consistent tracking, follow-ups, and conversionsStay ahead by Tracking market trends, Competitor movements and Emerging opportunities in Solar & Semiconductor industriesRepresent the company with confidence in Client meetings, Presentations, and Strategic discussionsDrive Faster Decision-Making and Closures through proactive communication and strong stakeholder managementDemonstrate a Solution-Oriented Approach in addressing client requirements and business challengesMaintain a customer-centric approach in all client interactions and solutions

Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) and/or MBA in Sales/Marketing• 2-4 years of experience in sales (preferably in Solar / EPC / Semiconductor)• Exposure to Solar industry or related sectors is mandatory/preferred• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills• Basic understanding of technical products/systems• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Industry Background: • Solar EPC companies• Solar module / Cell manufacturers• Semiconductor / Cleanroom / UHP system companies• Industrial Gas / Chemical / Process system companies
