Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team by performing the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing tender documents to meet submission requirements and support successful tender outcomes.2. Support new sales order creation (quotations, opening Sales Orders), monitor expiring contracts, and raise termination requests when necessary. This would include:a. Order & Quotation ManagementCoordinate and facilitate sales order processing, including quotation preparation, ensuring documentation completeness, and submitting order requests to backend support teams for system order creation and billing. Ensure required approvals are obtained prior to order submission.b. Customer & Contract CoordinationFollow up with customers to obtain Purchase Orders (PO), signed quotations, and applicable down payments before service or project commencement.Monitor contract validity and support renewal or termination processes when required.c. Internal Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare costing and supporting documentation for order submission.Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with internal processes and governance requirements.3. Other secondary duties include: Manage and coordinate the Sales Team’s calendars to ensure efficient scheduling and avoid conflicts or overlaps. Coordinate pre- and post-event logistics—including setup, F&B arrangements—to support successful client visits and internal meetings Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements1. Education & ExperiencesMinimum "O" / "A" Level qualification, or Diploma.At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.2. SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple internal stakeholders for calendar and task coordination.Detail-oriented, task-driven, and a strong team player.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with SAP and CRM systems will be an advantage.3.
