About Kasparro.
An AI Visibility platform that helps brands get discovered and recommended by AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode). As buyers start their research inside AI assistants, being recommended—or ignored—becomes a commercial issue. We measure and fix it across four layers: monitoring/intelligence, on-site technical fixes and content, off-site engagement (Reddit, reviews, YouTube, Wikipedia), and authority/citation building.
Each client gets a dedicated Brand Engineer. Backed by experienced founders, CMOs, and angels; small and fast-moving.
Why this role.
The AE closes deals; you fill their calendar with qualified meetings via cold calls, follow-ups, and discovery with VPs of Marketing, Heads of E-commerce/Growth, and founders at $10M–$100M+ US and India brands. Automated email/LinkedIn handles scale, but some conversations need a human voice—a sharp cold call can book a meeting in 90 seconds. Every meeting opens a deal worth $10–30K ACV; a strong month can generate $100K+ in pipeline.
What you'll do.
- 15–30 cold calls/day to decision-makers—India by day, US in the evening IST (~7 PM–12 AM, regularly but not nightly).
- AI-assisted pre-call research (brand, AI-visibility gaps, recent funding/launches/hires) so calls feel specific, not scripted.
- Book qualified meetings—prospect understands AI visibility, wants to see their gaps, and is the right decision-maker.
- Handle objections live ("We have an SEO agency," "What's AI visibility?" "Just send an email," "No budget"). The first 30 seconds is education, not pitch.
- Prep AE briefs (who they are, gaps found, what they said, demo expectations); use Loom and the audit platform as needed.
- Log everything in the CRM and feed objection/ICP/timing insights back to shape the playbook.
First 12 months.
Month 1–3: shadow founder/AE, learn the product and buyer, start with India then add US; ~15–20 calls/day, first meetings.
Month 4–6: 20–30 calls/day, 8–12 qualified meetings/month, objections handled without a script.
Month 7–12: 15–20+ meetings/month, plus pre-meeting research and deck prep. Year 1+: Senior SDR → Account Executive if you show closing instinct.
Who it's for.
Confident on the phone (non-negotiable—hard to train). Strong, natural spoken English with US cultural fluency. Thick skin—most calls end in no, voicemail, or hang-ups.
Quick thinker under curveballs. Genuinely curious about AI and commerce (you can explain AI visibility in 30 seconds because you actually get it). Comfortable with AI tools and research workflows.
Organized and self-disciplined across 20–30 calls/day. Bonus: US mid-market calling experience; CRM/Apollo familiarity.
What's hard.
Dozens of rejections a day—a good day is 3 qualified conversations from 25 calls. You're selling a concept most people haven't heard of, so every call opens with why it matters to them. Evening US calls are regular. The team is small—no scripts or call-coaching team; you build your own talk track (with founder/AE coaching).
What you get.
₹9–12 LPA total (fixed + meeting-tied variable + real ESOPs), a clear path to AE, direct founder/AE exposure, a front-row seat to the AI-commerce shift, AI tools as daily infrastructure, and real influence over the sales playbook. Intern pathway: promising-but-not-ready candidates can start with a 2-month internship at ₹20,000/month that converts to full-time on delivery.
