The person in this position will research and identify potential customers, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social channels. They will collaborate with account executives and business development teams to schedule discovery meetings, hand off qualified opportunities, and support pipeline reporting.
Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following structured outreach cadences, and continuously improving messaging based on performance data. The role requires consistent communication with internal teams to align on target markets, refine lead criteria, and contribute insights that strengthen overall lead generation strategies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills to qualify leads, manage outreach, and support revenue growth.Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation and Business Development skills to build pipelines and identify new market opportunities.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.Candidates should possess familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and basic data analysis for tracking outreach effectiveness.Prior experience in B2B sales or sales development, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment, is beneficial.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet outreach and pipeline targets.Comfort with high-volume outreach and a results-focused mindset; resilience in handling objections and rejections.Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not strictly required.
