Role OverviewAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role as the "Door Opener" for our business. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and build a strong sales pipeline by scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead ProspectingIdentify potential clients using LinkedIn, industry directories, and online research Target key decision-makers such as CTOs, HR Heads, and Delivery Managers 2. Cold OutreachExecute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, emails, and calls Engage prospects through personalized and professional communication 3.
Lead QualificationInteract with prospects to understand hiring needs and budgets Qualify leads before passing them to the Senior Business Development team 4. CRM ManagementMaintain and update accurate data in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) Ensure all client interactions and details are well-documented 5. Market Research & MappingTrack companies that are expanding, hiring, or recently funded Identify new opportunities across Ahmedabad and PAN India
Required Skills & QualificationsCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English Business Understanding: Basic knowledge of how companies operate and hiring needs Sales Mindset: Strong "hunter" attitude with resilience towards rejection Technical Skills: Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and AI-based tools Education: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in Marketing or IT preferred)
