Sales Director

We're Hiring: Sales Director – Telecommunications & Digital Infrastructure

Employment Type: Full-Time

✈️ Travel: Extensive travel within the country and across LATAM

Are you a seasoned telecom sales leader with a proven track record of closing large-scale transformation deals?

We're looking for a Sales Director to drive business growth, manage strategic telecom accounts, and build executive relationships with leading operators and enterprise customers.

What You'll Do:

✅ Lead country-level sales strategy and business development

✅ Manage strategic telecom accounts and C-level relationships

✅ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

✅ Negotiate and close multi-million-dollar, multi-year deals

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success

What We're Looking For:

✔️ 12+ years of experience in telecommunications or enterprise technology sales

✔️ 5+ years in a Sales Director, Account Director, or similar leadership role

✔️ Experience working with Tier-1 telecom operators or large enterprise accounts

✔️ Strong knowledge of 5G, Cloud, OSS/BSS, Open RAN, Mobile Core, AI, and digital transformation solutions

✔️ Fluent in English and the local language (Spanish for Mexico/Chile, Portuguese for Brazil)
