Location: Leeds
Salary: circa 100,000 + OTE + Company Car

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to join a growing, ambitious business based in Leeds.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering the company's sales strategy, leading a high performing sales team, and driving sustainable revenue growth across existing and new markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on developing people, winning business, and building long-term commercial partnerships.

The Role:

• Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Drive new business acquisition while strengthening key client relationships.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand existing revenue streams.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasting, KPIs, and pipeline activity.
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Champion a high performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.

About You:

• Proven experience in a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or Senior Sales Leadership role.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and exceeding commercial targets.
• Experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially astute with strong forecasting and reporting capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
