We are looking for a Sales Executive I who can communicate with hotel businesses, conduct product demonstrations, and help convert qualified leads into customers across India and international markets, including the United States.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct online product demonstrations of HotelOS.
- Communicate with hotel owners, managers, and hospitality professionals.
- Understand customer challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Handle customer questions and objections.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Support the complete sales cycle from demo to conversion.
- Maintain sales activities and customer updates in CRM.
- Work closely with SDR and product teams.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and presentation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers.
- Interest in SaaS sales and technology products.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Previous sales/customer interaction experience.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry.
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM, or online meetings.
