Job Description
About the Role
RAKT is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our Blood Bank Management Software across hospitals, blood banks, diagnostic centres, healthcare institutions, and NGOs.
The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of field sales experience in healthcare, with a proven track record of selling solutions to hospitals and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and channel partners.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
- Execute territory-wise sales plans to maximize market coverage.
Solution Selling
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including:
- Blood Bank In-charges
- Hospital Administrators
- Procurement Teams
- Laboratory Managers
- Pathologists
- Medical Directors
- Operations Heads
Sales Performance
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and opportunity conversion.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activities.
- Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
- Track lead, demo, and conversion metrics.
Experience
- 3–6 years of B2B field sales experience in the healthcare sector.
- Experience selling to hospitals, blood banks, diagnostic centres, laboratories, healthcare institutions, or government healthcare organizations.
- Experience in consultative selling and managing long sales cycles is preferred.

Qualifications
