ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with upstream suppliers, including petrochemical producers and authorized distributors Source plastic raw materials and manage supplier interactions, including negotiation of pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions Monitor market trends, including price movements, regional supply-demand dynamics, and industry developments Execute and follow up on transactions, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and delivery coordination Conduct market research to support trading decisions and identify business opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of trading activities QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 3–5 years’ experience in plastics, petrochemicals, or trading Supply-side experience (petrochemical firms, distributors, or sourcing-focused trading companies) Familiarity with key resins (PE, PP, PVC, ABS) and their applications Strong market awareness and ability to interpret price movements Confidence in supplier communication and negotiation
