Company overviewOur partner is a leading audio distributor in Vietnam, established in 1996 by passionate and dedicated individuals in the field of audio equipment.With many years of experience collaborating with world-renowned audio corporations such as HARMAN and IAG, they are the official distributor of several prestigious brands including JBL, Harman/Kardon, AKG, SoundCraft, Wharfedale Pro, AudioFrog, LUXMAN, TEAC, and many others.Job overview and responsibilityManage and develop the company s existing dealer network to achieve sales targets and execute sales policies. Implement sales promotion programs and customer care activities for the dealer channel in line with the company s direction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Dealer Relationship Management- Maintain and manage assigned dealer accounts: receive orders, monitor delivery status, and respond to related issues.- Implement sales programs, promotions, and pricing policies according to the company s schedule.- Track sales performance, reconcile actual figures, and report results periodically to management.- Support dealers in placing suitable orders and handle arising issues related to delivery, debts, and inventory.- Ensure achievement of sales targets, SKU coverage, and assigned KPIs.- Collect and report market and competitor information as required by the manager.2.
Product Image and Merchandising Compliance- Ensure products are displayed in accordance with the company s brand identity standards at points of sale.- Check POSM materials, promotional items, and periodically monitor inventory and product expiry dates.- Gather and report market and competitor insights as requested.3. Reporting and Coordination- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, including sales revenue, inventory, and program execution results.- Attend all company meetings, training sessions, and experience-sharing activities.- Monitor KPIs, inventory, revenue, and merchandising status of retailers in assigned areas.
