Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and inquiries Understand client requirements and present suitable interior design solutions Schedule and coordinate client meetings with the design team Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales opportunities Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong customer-focused approach Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
