Job background
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and closing sales to meet the company’s targets. You will play a key role in the growth of the company by actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that match their business requirements.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels including cold calls, networking, and client referrals.Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the company’s products or services.Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored product or service recommendations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software, tracking key metrics such as leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline.Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.Prepare regular sales reports for management review, outlining progress toward goals and key issues.
