Local manufacturer of low volume custom products is in need of a sales lead.  The company continues to grow and is looking for skilled team members with strong work histories. Pay range can be further discussed during interview.

Requirements:


Successful candidate must have experience in and be able to perform the following functions: 

·      5-10+ years of sales experience
·      4 year college degree preferred (BS in Engineering or BS in Business, Marketing, Finance or related)
·      Experience using software to maintain sales data 
·      Experience in manufacturing desired
·      Ability to sell engineered custom products.
·      Identify prospective customers and converting leads
·      Maintain good relationships with current customers, discussing ongoing needs and meeting expectations
·      Negotiate prices and term and other elements of sales agreements
·      Ability to create quotes and sales proposals.
·      Ability to visit customers to maintain good relationships and build new relationships
