Overview

Position Description: ADP is hiring a Sales Executive.

As a Sales Executive, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives who sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team towards achieving sales objectives through coordination and communication between clients, prospects, internal partners, and the team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching.
• Maintain multitasking and prioritize tasks to support team success.
