Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will focus on identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include presenting product features and benefits, negotiating contracts, addressing customer inquiries, and providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering or Ship Technology
• Knowledge and Experience of 5+ years in Sales and Marketing of Ship propulsion systems like Engines, Transmissions, Propulsion systems etc
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal interactions
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them to clients
• Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving targets
• Advance knowledge of AI and Prompt engineering would be preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively as required for client meetings
