About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Commercial Interiors segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, a good understanding of commercial interior fit-outs, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Roles & Responsibilties:
- Drive B2B business development for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the Design team to propose customized workspace solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and client pitches.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation and project closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Work closely with the Estimation, Design, and Project teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Commercial Interior Sales or Design & Build Sales.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Good understanding of commercial interiors, workspace design, and fit-out projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about business development.
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
