Sales Manager-Packaging (Hiring Immediately)

SALES MANAGER – Packaging Distribution (Greater Southern California) An independently owned, well‑established Packaging Distributor based in Southern California is seeking a Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow a high‑performing sales organization. This leader will oversee hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of up to 20 outside sales reps covering the greater SoCal region.

This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who understands the dynamics of distribution , the nuances of packaging , and the discipline required to build and scale a successful sales team.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of up to 20 sales representatives

Recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent

Drive sales strategy, territory planning, and performance management

Support reps on key accounts, customer meetings, and distributor relationships

Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement

Base salary up to $160K , Commissions up to $40K in year one
