Sales & Marketing Manager Manufacturing | €80k circa + Bonus + Car Our client, an established manufacturing business operating across Ireland, UK and Europe, is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead both functions and drive the next stage of growth. This is a senior leadership role with real influence over commercial strategy, not just execution. What you'll be doing: Leading and developing the sales team, setting KPIs and driving pipeline performance Overseeing marketing strategy, brand, campaigns and digital activity Identifying and winning new business across existing and emerging markets Managing key accounts, contracts and pricing negotiations Representing the business at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events Reporting directly into senior management on performance and forecasting What they're looking for: 5+ years in a senior Sales and Marketing leadership role Proven track record building and leading high-performing sales teams Strong commercial and business development background Experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction or industrial sectors (desirable) Full clean driving licence On offer: €80k circa Performance-related bonus Company vehicle Pension scheme A genuine opportunity to shape strategy in a growing business Interested or know someone who fits the bill?
