Sales Negotiator (Trainee)

Agreat opportunity has arisen for aSales Negotiatorto join our multi office Independent client based in Laindon SS15

Property Sales experience is prefered, butdetermination, energy and an outgoing personality are the mainskillsetrequired for this well established independent Estate agency

As a SalesNegotiator you will be confident in dealing with buyers and sellersacross the range different propertiesand be involved in the whole Property Sales process, from generating /carrying out viewings to Negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion. Full training will also be provided to none experienced candidates with the right attitudde and focus.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

• Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
• Booking market appraisals
• Effectively marketing properties toBuyers
• Carrying out viewings
• Matching prospective Tenants and buyersto suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
• Maintaining regular contact buyers, vendors clientsother relevant parties to legal move inand completion
• Dealing with financial/legal matters relating to the sales process
• Guiding buyers,vendors through thesales process from agreement of thesaleto legal completion
• Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
• excellent administration ability and use of agency softwaresystems
• Training provied to the right candidates

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills

• Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
• Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually
• Experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment

This Sales Negotiatorposition is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.Local experience is not essential.

The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 8.45amto 5.15pm
Saturdays 9.00am till 4.00pm with a day off in the week

Salary range will be: 20- 25Kpa Basic salary,OTE of around32,000 - 34.000pa including car allowance
